I have been an athlete my whole life. I found an affinity for tennis early in life. I played juniors, high school, and college. Eventually, my dream of turning pro came to a halt while in college. It was not too long after that day that I started becoming unfit and unhealthy. All the training, diet, and conditioning was over. Over the next 20 years, my weight ballooned to over 350 lbs. It took a meeting with my doctor and a large group of horrible test results to admit to myself that I was not healthy and more than likely going to die sooner than later. Enter CrossFit. A friend of mine, who owned a CrossFit gym, had invited me to come work out with him one weekend. I accepted his invitation because I had never tried CrossFit before and the normal gym, walking, running, etc. routine was not working for me. When I arrived, I was pushed further than I knew I could go. In that moment, I knew CrossFit was the way I was going to take control of my life again. I loved that workout so much, I kept going back to his gym when ever I could just to workout there. Eventually, I became a CrossFit certified trainer and opened my own gym right here in Grenada.</td></table>"))
